Perfect Fit Stripe Boat Neck, $39.50, Elastic Convertible Belt, $19.50, Chino Bubble Skirt, $69.50, All J.Crew
Hello, lil' cutie! Wanting this ensemble of stripes, ribbons and pouf. Such a fresh color combination too. Love the grey stripes with black bow tied sash and creamy base.
I bought a couple of striped tees from Forever 21 that have magically proved to go with everything. I've worn them with several skirts, but I don't believe I own a solid cream one. Which means I need it right?;)
The Chino Bubble Skirt also reminds me of the Anthropologie Modern Gallica skirt that I missed out on. I found a medium but it was too big and a small never popped back up.
Review Update: So I received the J.Crew top and skirt. I should have paid more attention to the name of the skirt. For some reason I was envisioning a light cream skirt with a cotton sateen texture. Probably because that is what I've been wanting lol.
No, it is definitely chino fabric. A light yellowish beige, and it doesn't have sewn in tucks and swirls as shown. It just looks like a wrinkled mess, but maybe that can be fixed with a good steaming. I won't know because I'm returning mine. If it goes on sale for half off I might think about trying it.
The striped shirt is cute but not sure if I want to keep it for $40.
I didn't get the belt because I thought I could just use ribbon but of course now it is the thing I'm wanting most. Anyone had a chance to try it yet?
