No, not quite unfortunately. BUT, the January issue of Lucky reminds me of the way it was before Domino magazine was spun off. This issue has a Throwing a Great Party feature along with several home items under their Shopping Reports.
So what is your point, Moodboard? Well, I think it would be pretty awesome if Lucky became an all inclusive home and fashion shopping magazine. I want to see more modern, eclectic homes in American Shelter magazines. I don't mean modern as in all modern furniture, but using vintage/thrifted items in modern ways. Fresh interiors that don't look so formal and overly decorated. They could feature designers, stylists, magazine editors and so many others that keep the design world moving(by design world I don't just mean fashion).
Anyway, that is just my secret desire. I can only see a win win situation, especially with attracting more advertisers. But I don't produce magazines so what do I know? Not much!
Oh, and I also grabbed Town & Country(not a normal purchase) and UK Vogue. Town & Country has a feature on Kelly Wearstler and also fantastic pictures of Marrakesh, specifically La Mamounia.
Okay, back to regularly scheduled programming! Another holiday post will be up within the hour.
