That Marc Jacobs skirt is so freaking cute! Gah!
Lucky editor Brandon Holley has definitely brought a new energy to the magazine. I'm loving the creative fashion editorials, more in depth look at their cover stars, and the "real girl" features that bridge a gap between I'm-taking-a-picture-of-myself-in-the-mirror bloggers and high fashion glossies.
Though I want to say that Kim France, the founding editor of Lucky, broke new ground when the magazine first hit the newsstands. Combined with the internet, suddenly fashion was more accessible to everyone, and not just to those living in New York.
So anyway, how pretty is this editorial from their August issue? I've only posted my favorite looks, so go buy this issue because you'll want to read the whole thing.
