I flipped over Mulberry's new 70's style bag, the Polly Push Lock, during the fall 2011 shows. I have a thing for textured finishes, and pebbled leather is such a stalwart that you will be carrying this bag for years. Of course what really sealed the deal were the contrasting brown straps—a Moodboard favorite. Mulberry, $1300
I know I've said this before—but Emma Hill does such a fantastic job of capturing the aesthetic of her brand in all of the Mulberry marketing.
I was sad I had to miss out on the Fall 2011 Show in London, but she let photographer Tim Walker showcase her clothing in a whole other magical way. I know I'm not the only that has imagined living like Thumbelina in a bird's nest. Gorgeous work, Mulberry.
