We finally have our tv hooked up in the new place, and I caught the preview episode of 9 by Design on Bravo. The show revolves around Sixx Design, which is a design firm formed by Bob and Cortney Novogratz, and named after their(at the time) six children.
The first episode premieres Tuesday, April 13 at 10pm on Bravo, and it is suppose to cover their design process over a six month period. I'm hoping it will be good because I've been going through a home interior drought lately.
This Massachusetts house was bought to be a weekend home, and I have no idea if they still own it, since they flip and move on so quickly.
The vintage chair belonged to Cortney's grandmother, which they recovered in zebra fabric. The 1950s modeling photos on the wall were found at a Paris flea market.
Vintage stools and an oil painting by Graham Gillmore.
The twin girls sleep under matching vintage quilts that belonged to Cortney's grandmother.
