The weather forecast is calling for MORE snow this weekend and I don't know how much more I can take. I want to be wearing light as air, slouchy silk clothing with bare legs and a bit of sparkle. I could literally toss my usually much loved black opaques out the window right now.
I'm dreaming about sitting on the patio of our favorite restaurant, basking in the warmth of the sun and listening to the happy chatter that summer always brings.
I know we still have a couple more weeks of this stuff, so I better buck up and rescue those tights from the yard!
*Oh, and the Erie Basin ring is already sold! I'm so sad we didn't make it to the shop this trip. Time and the weather were kicking our butts, and a second trip to Brooklyn wasn't in the cards. I'm hoping I get another chance in the fall. I'll have more New York coverage next week, maybe by this weekend if I can get everything edited and written!
