Unbelievably, designer Tsumori Chisato flew under my radar until last year. So I've spent many hours going back through her runway collections, saving one whimsical image after another into my inspiration folder.
There are many items from the spring 2010 collection that have my heart all aflutter, including the flying swallow prints, scalloped trims and large scale lace pieces.
