J.Crew cardigan in golden cypress, J.Crew Rosette Tee in grey, and Banana Republic skirt
I'm feeling under the weather today, but I was determined to post, so please excuse the crazy outfit. I wanted to share my latest purchase and give some reviews.
I was testing the tee out with this "vintage" Banana Republic silk skirt from their Spring 2000 line. I love it so much, it has an apron style tie it the back with a dip dye band of grey around the hem.
I wish I could say I love the J.Crew sweater, but the quality of the cashmere is horrible. After the 2nd wearing the sweater started to pill up and it is a shaggy mess now. I do still like the olive color, I've been really attracted to quirky shades lately.
They had just put the Rosette Tee out at my local store so I grabbed a size small and went to try it on. It is semi-sheer(as you can see from the photo above), so I went get a medium to see if it would look too big and the whole pile was already GONE. Which of course pushed this sucka over the edge and I brought it home with me. I already own the graphic rose tee, which has held up well, so I'm hoping this one does the same.
Sorry if this post is all choppy and weird but my throat is killing me and I keep having to tell myself that it is just allergies and not swine flu.
