Okay, I'm going to reference Lucky Magazine again in this post. And in the next one too. The Lucky Guide to Mastering Any Style, the sequal to their first book The Lucky Shopping Manual, was released October 7.
I'll be providing a review tomorrow, but I thought I would take a look back at their first success. My favorite section of Lucky and in the book is the Lucky Girl series, where they include real girl style and pieces from their closet.
Here are some of my favorite Lucky Girl sections from the Lucky Shopping Manual:
Items from Creative Director Andrea Linette's closet. I've always liked her eye for vintage, I lusted after that scarf when it was featured in the magazine.
Eleanor Ylvisaker (Formerly Limbo) of Earnest Sewn. She does a fantastic job at styling outfits. She manages to push the edge but not look like she is trying too hard.
Lucky's West Coast Bureau Chief Marlien Rentmeester. Another vintage lover who steals perfect flea market dresses from her twin sister.
